The Rotary Club of Ocean City - Upper Township in-person dinner meeting for Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, at 5:30 pm, will include a program by Blanche Adams about the food distribution program that has been developed by the Tuckahoe United Methodist Church.
Blanche was recently selected as this year’s OCUT Rotary Citizen of Year and she will be formally recognized during the Township of Upper’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, to be held Monday, Nov. 27th at 6:30 pm, at Township Hall.
Blanche will be accepting the Citizen of the Year designation on behalf of the many volunteers that have helped her with food programs hosted at her church for the last five years.
