Rotary 2024 Upper Township Citizen of the Year - Brandon D. Walcott. His ocean water rescue resulted in preventing the deaths of four visitors to our nearby shoreline this past summer on the 37th Street Beach in Ocean City. The Rotary Club Certificate of Recognition and the Township of Upper Resolution were presented during the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Twp. Hall on Monday, Nov. 25, 2024.
