Josh the Otter Water Safety Program

In support of the Josh the Otter Water Safety Program for Children, we are participating in "Otter Spotter Day" on May 4th to promote May as National Water Safety Month.  We were able to spot a few Otters today at the Ocean City, NJ Block Party!
